James C. Lodge II

James C. Lodge II, 51, of Cleveland (formerly of Mentor), entered eternal rest unexpectedly Wednesday evening, June 14th, 2017 at his home. He was born on December 3rd, 1965 to James and Kathleen Lodge.

He will be missed by: his mother, Kathleen and dad, Leon "Skip" Ponikvar of Aurora, OH; brother, John R. Ponikvar of VA; sister, Jennifer (Tim) Backovsky of Eastlake; aunt, Daniele "Donna" (nee Ponikvar) Blessing of Aurora; uncle, Gregory (Lois) Wedding) of Painesville; special sister, Olga Messier of VA; nephews, Benjamin Backovsky and Joseph Ponikvar Jr.; nieces, Emily Backovsky and Anastasia Kudryavtseva; cousins, Michelle (nee Ulrich) Chernikoff and Kelly Ulrich; paternal father, James Lodge; and many friends. James is preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph F. and James D. Ponikvar; and grandparents, Leon and Mary Ponikvar and David and Pauline Wedding.
