Jacob R. Hopkins, 20, of Ashtabula (formerly of Orwell), passed away unexpectedly Friday evening, July 15th, 2016. The cause of death is pending. He was born in Warren, OH on July 18th, 1995.

He will be greatly missed by: mother, Ellen (Joe Hill Sr.) Dial of Orwell; girlfriend, Tiffani Hockenberry; son, James E. Hopkins; an unborn child; siblings, Gregory (Jennifer Yeager) Petrich, Holly Petrich, Sabrina Lupold, Desiree Lupold; step-brother, Joey Hill Jr.; step-sister, MaryAnne Scanlon; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A PRIVATE GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE HELD. Jacob's final resting place will be in Orwell Cemetery, Orwell, OH.
