Genevieve T. (Tokarz) Mauser

Genevieve T. Mauser (nee Tokarz), 94, of Middlefield Twp, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, September 3rd, 2016 at Briar Hill Healthcare Residence surrounded by her family. She was born January 16th, 1922 in Cleveland, OH. Genevieve was an active member of St. Edward's Catholic Church in Parkman for many years. She also enjoyed cooking for and spending time with friends and family.

She will greatly missed by: her loving children, Edward Mauser of Nine Mile Falls, WA, Patricia Pennza of Middlefield; grandchildren, Patrick, Danza, Persephony, Coral, Carl "C.C."; many great-grandchildren; and many friends. She is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Clifford Pickens, daughter, Louise Newberry; grandson, Paris; 1 brother; and 1 sister.

A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD AT 10 AM, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH, 2016 AT ST. EDWARD'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 16150 CENTER ST., PARKMAN, OH with Father John Burkley officiating. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, September 7th from 6-8 PM at BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH and also on Thursday from 9 AM until the time of service at the Church.
