Frederick "Fred" A. Fisher, 62, of Parkman, passed away Tuesday evening, October 10th, 2017 at UH-Geauga Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born in Warren, OH on December 16th, 1954 to the late Eli and Martha (Miller) Fisher.

Fred was a self-employed with Fisher Custom Carpentry where he built numerous luxury homes in Russell, Chagrin Falls, South Russell areas of Geauga County. He enjoyed woodworking in general as well as cooking and canning. Fred was also an avid outdoorsman where he loved to hunt and fish.

He leaves behind to mourn his loss: sons, Clinton (Trisha Byler) Fisher, Daniel Fisher; grandson, Mason J. Fisher; brother, Ed "Eli" (Doris) Fisher; sisters, Mary Lou (Bob) Bentfeld, Diana (Ivan) Bridgewater, Linda Fisher, Barbara (Brad) Mack; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Fred is preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, Glenn Fisher, Dwight Fisher; and sister, Kaye Duncan.

Family and friends will be received from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M., Friday, October 13th, 2017 at Best Funeral Home, 15809 Madison Rd., Middlefield, OH 44062. FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10:30 A.M., SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14th, 2017 AT NORTH BLOOMFIELD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 8840 PARK DR, NORTH BLOOMFIELD, OH 44450. Fred's final resting place will be in Brownwood Cemetery, North Bloomfield.
