Ervin E. Yoder, 76, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully at University Hospitals Cleveland, Wednesday evening, March 21st, 2018. He was born in Middlefield, OH on October 6th, 1941 to the late Elmer D. and Katie Ann Yoder. Ervin later married Emma Yoder on December 5th, 1963. Ervin was an Ordained Minister of the Hayes Corner East District and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He will be greatly missed by: his loving wife of 54 years, Emma; children, Daniel (Clara) Yoder, Katie Ann (David) Miller Jr., Ervin (Laura) Yoder Jr., Benjamin (Freida) Yoder; 29 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ervin is preceded in death by: his parents; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 4 brothers; and 4 sisters.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SATURDAY, MARCH 24TH, 2018 AT 16690 BUNDYSBURG RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Bishop Dan Yoder officiating. Pallbearers will be Merv Yoder, Noah Fisher, Wally Byler, and Ray Troyer. Visitation will be anytime until the time of the service. Ervin’s final resting place will be in Bundysburg Road Cemetery, Parkman, OH.
