Elmer C. Weaver

Elmer C. Weaver, 90, of Parkman, passed away peacefully Thursday evening, May 12th, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Parkman on May 1st, 1926 to the late Harry S. and Mary Ann (Mast) Weaver. Elmer is now reunited with his wife, Emma N. (Miller) Weaver, who died in 2007. He was a self-employed carpenter and enjoyed weaving rugs on his loom. He was called by many of his friends, the Mayor of Parkman. Elmer was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

He will be missed by: his children, Irvin (Marie) Weaver, Betty (Mervin) Byler, Nancy (Joe) Troyer, Marie Weaver; 35 grandchildren; 108 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; 1 sister; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Elmer is preceded in death by: his loving wife of 59 years, Emma; his parents; 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 12:00 P.M., SUNDAY, MAY 15TH, 2016 AT 16066B McCALL RD., PARKMAN, OH with Bishop John J. Leslein officiating. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Elmer's final resting place will be in Weaver Cemetery, Parkman, OH.
