Daniel L. Miller

Daniel L. Miller, 83, of Middlefield Twp, passed away peacefully at home Saturday evening, September 10th, 2016 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born in Atlantic, PA on May 26th, 1933 to the late Levi M. and Mattie (Byler) Miller. Daniel later married Alma Gingerich on February 21st, 1957. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

He will be greatly missed by: his loving wife of 59 years, Alma; children, Leroy (Emma) Miller, Daniel Ray Miller, Wilma (Daniel) Wengerd, Amos (Ella) Miller, Chester (Emma) Miller, Ida Mae (Daniel) Fisher; 38 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 2 half-sisters; 1 half-brother; 2 step-sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Daniel is preceded in death by: his father, mother, step-mother, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and 1 half-sister.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, 2016, 17344 NAUVOO RD., MIDDLEFIELD TWP, OH with Bishop Rudy N. Detweiler officiating. Pallbearers will be Dan J. Miller, Mahlon N. Detweiler, Levi E. Mullet, and Freeman W. Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the time of the service. Daniel's final resting place will be in Nauvoo Road Cemetery, Middlefield Twp, OH.
