Crist D. Byler

Crist D. Byler, 55, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully after a brief illness Thursday morning, August 18th, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born July 21st, 1961 to Dan U. and Ada J. (Miller) Byler. Crist later married Barbara E. Mullet on May 20th, 1982. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

He will be greatly missed by: his loving wife of 34 years, 2 months 27 days, Barbara; mother, Ada J. Byler; father-in-law, Eli L. Mullet; children, Eli (Betty Ann) Byler, Erma (Daniel Jr.) Byler, Daniel (Martha) Byler, Nancy (Chester) Yoder, Reuben (Martha) Byler, Barbara (Levi ) Miller, Rudy Byler, David Byler; 22 grandchildren; 5 brothers; 6 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Crist is preceded in death by: his father, Dan U. Byler and mother-in-law, Sarah J. Mullet.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SUNDAY, AUGUST 21ST, 2016, 14362 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Bishop Gid E. Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be David Weaver, Jonas Miller, Andrew Farmwald, and Allen Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the time of the service. Crist's final resting place will be in Nauvoo Road Cemetery, Middlefield Twp, OH.
