Alec D. Gatrell

Alec D. Gatrell, age 21, of Newton Falls, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, June 28th, 2016. He was born in Warren, OH on November 4th, 1994 to Donald R. and Nicole R. (Weston) Gatrell. Alec was a 2013 graduate of Newton Falls High School where he lettered in soccer and enjoyed playing basketball with his friends.  He also enjoyed weightlifting, listening to music, and watching sports. 

He will be greatly missed by: his parents, Don and Nicole; paternal grandparents, Donald D. and Phyllis Gatrell; maternal grandmother, Judy A. Bland; step-grandfather, John Bland; and many friends and family. Alec is preceded in death by his grandfather, James R. Weston.
